1. Sweepstakes overview

The “Bags of Prey Designer Bag Drop #1” (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Membership Advantage LLC, doing business as Bags of Prey, with an address at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958 (the “Sponsor”).

The Sweepstakes is administered by Membership Advantage LLC (the “Administrator”).

These Specific Official Rules govern this particular Sweepstakes. The Sponsor's General Sweepstakes Rules, available on the Sponsor’s website, are incorporated by reference only to the extent they do not conflict with these Specific Official Rules or applicable law. In the event of a conflict, these Specific Official Rules control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

2. Sweepstakes period

The Sweepstakes begins at 23:59 Pacific Standard Time (“PST”)on 28 October 2026 and ends at 23:59 PST on 10 December 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

The Sponsor's or Administrator's designated computer system will serve as the official timekeeping device.

Different deadlines for the post-marking of mail-in entries are provided in Section 5.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the applicable age of majority in their state, province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

The following are ineligible: employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, and entities materially involved in administering the Sweepstakes, together with their immediate family members and household members.

The Sweepstakes is void in Quebec, outside the stated eligible territories, and wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

The Sweepstakes is construed and evaluated according to applicable USA law, Canadian law, and applicable state/province law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you do not have residency in the USA or Canada or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

4. Prize

There will be one (1) Grand Prize available. The Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”), upon the Administrator’s verification of eligibility, will receive a new Louis Vuitton Pochette Eva Monogram (the “Prize” or “Grand Prize”). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1,500. The value of the Prize set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determinations of the ARV thereof and such determinations are final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of a Prize is lower than the stated ARV when a Prize is procured and fulfilled, then the difference will not be awarded.

The prize is nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor's discretion where permitted by law. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approvals.

Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize will not be paid in cash.

Images used in promotional materials are illustrative; however, the awarded prize must materially conform to the description in these Rules.

5. How to enter

Eligible individuals may enter through the following methods during the Sweepstakes Period.

A. Eligible online merchandise purchases

An eligible online merchandise purchase made through www.bagsofprey.com (the “Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for every one (1) whole dollar spent. Entries will be based on pre-tax and pre-discount amounts of the eligible purchase, and exclude shipping/handling fees.

Refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, or charged-back purchases may result in corresponding entries being removed, subject to applicable law.

B. Eligible memberships

An eligible Bags of Prey membership may result in entries according to the following rules:

• Entry allocation: Entries are credited each month to the member and applied automatically to the Sweepstakes, including any subsequent sweepstakes drawings that the Sponsor may conduct.

• Cancellation: Cancelling a membership will stop future recurring charges and future entry allocations, as described in the Membership Terms. 

Membership fees purchase the membership's stated products or services, not a guaranteed prize or a better chance of winning than an equivalent number of free entries.

C. Free alternate method of entry (AMOE)

No purchase or membership is required.

To enter the Sweepstakes without purchase, an eligible individual must legibly handwrite the following on a plain four (4) inch by six (6) inch postcard, with proper postage affixed:

• Full legal name
• Complete mailing address
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Date of birth

Mail the completed entry to: Membership Advantage LLC at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958 (the “Main-In Entry”).

Each valid free entry submission will receive five (5) entries, subject to the same overall entry limits and equivalent promotional entry opportunities available through other methods.

Mail-in submissions must be postmarked by 10 December 2026 and received by 15 December 2026.

Mailing rules: Mail-in entry postcards must be hand-printed by the Entrant only. In addition, Entrants are not permitted to use any 3rd party organization or mechanical device(s) to assist with the entry process in any way (as determined by the Administrator). Each postcard must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted.

Bonus periods: If a mail-in entry is postmarked during a Bonus Entry Period, it will receive the equivalent multiplier of entries provided to purchases made at the Sponsor’s website. For bonus entries to be valid, the Entrant must write the corresponding multiplier on the backside of the postcard to signify what Bonus Entry Period they are entering during. If an Entrant lists a Bonus Period that is inaccurate with the postmark date, the entry will be disqualified.

D. Optional entries

Additional entries may be awarded for completing the following verified actions:

• Via Review: During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants can obtain five (5) Sweepstakes Entries by leaving a review of Bags of Prey - positive or otherwise - on any review site (i.e., Google, Facebook, TrustPilot). To be eligible for Entries related to a review, Entrants must send an email to support@bagsofprey.com and include a screenshot of the review, their first and last name, complete address, telephone number, and date of birth. The Sponsor reserves the right to deduct Entries in the event a review is deleted at a later date. There is a limit of twenty (20) Sweepstakes Entries via this method of entry, per Entrant.

6. Bonus entries and multipliers

Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, the Sponsor may announce Bonus Entries at the Website, and/or on its social media pages, opportunities to earn additional entries (“Bonus Entry Periods”). 

7. Winner selection and odds

One potential Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received in accordance with these Rules.

The drawing will take place on or about 21 December 2026, conducted by the Administrator.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All valid entries will be treated equally in the random drawing regardless of the method used to obtain them.

Being selected in the drawing does not establish final winner status until eligibility and compliance with these Rules have been verified.

8. Winner notification and verification

The potential winner will be contacted using phone and/or email within approximately three (3) business days following the drawing.

The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of notification and may be required to provide:

• Proof of identity, age and eligible residence
• An affidavit or declaration of eligibility
• A liability release, where lawful
• A publicity release, where lawful and applicable
• Necessary tax documentation

A Canadian potential winner must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance before being confirmed as a winner.

If the potential winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, fails to comply with the applicable requirements or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing, subject to applicable law.

9. Prize delivery and taxes

Sponsor will arrange delivery of the prize to the verified winner at the Sponsor’s expense, subject to any disclosed geographic or customs restrictions.

The winner is responsible for applicable taxes and any expenses expressly excluded from the prize description, to the extent permitted by law.

Sponsor or Administrator may request appropriate tax documentation and will issue required tax reporting forms when applicable.

No payment to Sponsor is required to enter or to be selected as a winner.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of their name, city/state or province of residence, and approved likeness or winner announcement materials for Sweepstakes-related publicity without further compensation.

Any additional consent, release or notice required by applicable law will be obtained separately.

11. Administration and conduct

Sponsor and Administrator may verify eligibility, entry authenticity and compliance with these Rules.

Entries associated with fraud, unauthorized automation, identity manipulation or material interference with the Sweepstakes may be invalidated following reasonable review.

If the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted fairly because of fraud, technical failure or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate it only as permitted by applicable law and any required regulatory approval.

If terminated early, Sponsor will determine and publicly disclose an appropriate lawful method for awarding the prize from eligible entries already received.

12. Liability and technical issues

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor, Administrator and their respective affiliated entities and service providers are not responsible for technical failures, unauthorized interference, or lost, delayed or misdirected communications outside their reasonable control.

Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts statutory consumer rights.

Any waiver, release or limitation of liability is subject to mandatory federal, state, provincial and territorial law.

13. Privacy and communications

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, deliver prizes, meet legal obligations and otherwise as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy: https://bagsofprey.com/policies/privacy-policy.

Entry into the Sweepstakes does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive recurring promotional email or text messages.

Any marketing consent will be requested separately where required by applicable law.

14. Third-party and platform disclaimers

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Membership Advantage LLC and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Louis Vuitton or any other prize manufacturer.

Any trademark or brand name is used solely to identify the advertised prize.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.

Participants release the applicable social-media platforms from responsibility relating to this promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Governing law and disputes

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants, Administrator, and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s, province’s, or jurisdiction’s laws. 

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any judicial proceeding shall take place in a court within the State of Delaware; (iii) any and all claims, judgments , and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event will attorney fees be awarded or recoverable; (iv) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, exemplary, consequential, special damages, lost profits, other damages, and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (v) Entrant’s remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and he/she waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

16. Winner information

The winner's first name, last initial and location (city and state) will be available as required by law.

To request a winner's list, send a self-addressed and stamped business size envelope (by 31 January 2027) to the Administrator.
